Suppertime Survival includes 4 Healthy Eating Plans, which families can follow for life.
Each Healthy Eating Plan is based on Canada's Food Guide and is adjusted to different calorie levels, ages and activity levels. These daily food plans are designed to help control portion size and calorie intake. They are not intended to promote weight loss, but may do that, if individuals are used to larger portions and eating a higher calorie daily diet.
The idea behind the Suppertime Survival Healthy Eating Plans is that the whole family can follow them. Preparing different meals for different family members is NOT required.
